Revised budget sees increase in Morris Township

MORRIS TWP. - The Township Committee held a public hearing on its $33.7 million municipal 2010 municipal budget last Wednesday but wasnt expected to adopt it until yesterday, Wednesday, because it sought an amendment taking the budget levy to the maximum 4 percent tax allowed by law.
